High-rise development plan for Berlin - a panel discussion with Carsten Venus

The coalition agreement between Rot-Rot-Grün stipulates the establishment of a high-rise development plan for Berlin. According to Berlin building regulations, skyscrapers are buildings with a height over 22 meters. Such buildings have been created in Berlin almost over the entire urban area in East and West in their time without an overall planning concept.
