



A new residential and commercial building is being built in the center of Lörrach, directly between the town hall and the train station. It is intended to cover the need for necessary living space and to activate the pedestrian zone through its mixed-use character. The building "Lö" is located on the site of a former postal headquarters.
The ground floor and first floor are intended for shops, restaurants and cafes. Their inviting character will liven up the area in front of the main train station.
The approximately 60 apartments, which are exclusively for rent, vary in size from 1-bedroom apartments to small townhouses with five rooms and a garden area. The residential units are located above the commercial space and are accessed via a roof garden, a communication point for residents with a playground and private gardens. The apartments are oriented towards the quiet green area.
