




In Göttingen, blauraum is planning seven buildings with a total of 214 apartments. A particular challenge is the special topography of the site, which has a gradient of up to 20 metres. The 3 to 5-storey buildings are therefore positioned at different levels. The underground car park, which connects several buildings, also has to overcome considerable differences in height.
The rear buildings will have generous garden decks formed by a filigree and open shelf. The high proportion of openings in the façade creates a flowing transition from the living space to the garden decks. About one third of the apartments will be publicly subsidized or rent-reduced.
