Stadtsalat
Stadtsalat, a delivery service for healthy salads and bowls, has opened its first flagship store in central Berlin. A large counter is at the center of the restaurant. It is designed as a simple white cube that directs the visitors‘ attention to the diverse healthy ingredients on display. The „show shelf“ in the background underlines the freshness of the products. The seating area of the restaurant is framed by a kind of metal ceiling sails.
The staff rooms, the kitchen and the delivery area are located at the back of the shop. The subdivision allows different opening hours for the restaurant and the delivery service. The location on Friedrichstraße in Berlin is the first Stadtsalat store. Stadtsalat that has been operating in Hamburg since 2015 with a delivery service. It relies on seasonal, regional and fresh ingredients for its salads and bowls as well as sustainability in packaging and distribution.
