Edge Elbside DNA - Vattenfall Headquarters
blauraum designed the building at a central location of the HafenCity as a sustainable wood hybrid construction. Its complex DNA takes into account the interests of the many stakeholders: It provides modern and open working spaces grouped around a large sun atrium. The city gains a lively and public ground floor zone, while the owner can respond flexibly to possible changes in use.
